Ministry
Remote Tribes Ministry
The heart of TuneDem Foundation is to periodically reach out to remote communities with the Word of God.
When Christafari first visited Kenya in 2015, they expressed a desire to visit and minister to the Maasai community.
When they returned on their next trip this dream became a reality thanks to the advancement of TuneDem. Christafari and TuneDem have ministered to the Maasai tribe 3 times and had planned to return again in 2020. This trip was canceled due to COVID-19.
Through the guidance of Christafari, TuneDem managed to return to the Maasai community during the Covid-19 pandemic for a feeding program.
Over 200 Maasai families have been fed so far.
The heart of the Foundation is to periodically reach out to such remote communities with the Word of God, music ministry and food and clothing programs.
Other Outreach Ministries
Children Ministry
TuneDem visits orphanages to share God’s love, minister the Word of God, spend time with them, and provide food and clothing to the kids.
Bible Study
Every Tuesday the band holds a Bible Study in the Kibera slums. The aim of this is to reach out to the youths of Kibera and feed them the Word of God. Discipleship is a crucial part of our efforts and ministering to the least of these. This provides accountability that will enable them to be introduced and immersed in God's Word and diverted them from crime, alcohol and drug abuse, and other vices.
Community Clean-up
TuneDem also identifies areas in Kibera slums that require drainage blockage, trash removal, and other cleaning initiatives around homesteads. The members of TuneDem assist in the cleaning and maintenance of these areas.
